Gain Horses Twice. Units around the mounted unit receive a 15% combat strength bonus. Mounted Units have no maintenance costs and do not require a horse. They also get combat strength bonus by 20% culture of your capital(max 10), and have no defense penalty, city attack penalty and ignore terrain movement costs. +1 Culture from each Pasture.
