Shoujo Kageki Revue Starlight – Koharu’s Seiran General Institute of Arts
Adds the Seiran General Arts Institute under Yanagi Koharu’s leadership.
Koharu’s Seiran General Arts Institute shares the Great People through extra specialist slot that Tendou Maya and Kochou Shizuha has as well, but Koharu requires diplomacy both with city-states and other civilizations to maximize her bonuses.
Trait – Seiran of the BondReceive Great People points in all cities from civilizations with which Koharu has a declaration of friendship. May allocate specialists slots which are provided by making allies with city-states. (Specialist slots are determined randomly at the start of a game for each city-state, and civilizations give GPP based on the one it generates the most in any city).
Unique Unit – Stage GirlRepalces the Cavalry. Gains 20% bonus strength when adjacent to a friendly unit, and gain experience equal to 25% of the civilization’s Tourism output (max 30). Stage Girls may also repair facilities and build roads and forts (but not railroads).
Unique Building – General Arts InstituteReplaces the Garden. In addition to the normal effects of the Garden, the General Arts Institute initially provides an extra random artistic specialist slot, and adds a slot of the respective type if an artistic guild is built (random slot and added slot of the same kind does not stack). In addition, grants additional Great People Generation bonus beyond the normal +25% bonus equal to 1% per 3 Culture generated by the city (max 25%).
