Description:

Adds the Liella Team Galaxy led by Heanna Sumire as a playable faction.

While Liella Team Galaxy has multiple facets, its primary focus is the utilization of faith and religion to bolster itself both domestically and militarily, although it also encourages scouting and tourism building.

Trait – Desire to be at the center

Gain Golden Age Points when encountering a new civilization or city-state. After the World Congress is found, receive unhappiness equal to Sumire’s Tourism Rank – 1, but in return generate Great People (Tourism Rank-1) * 5% faster.

Unique Unit – Shaman

Replaces the Composite Bowman. Gain bonus melee defensive strength based on the city’s Faith yield, and gain faith from kills. May spend faith to heal or strengthen units for one turn.

Unique Building – Modernized Shrine

Replaces the Temple. After construction, Modernized Shrine may be dedicated to Science, Engineering, Commerce, Literature, Art or Music, which in turn generates 1+(Followers of State Religion/20)Great People Point of the respective type per turn.
