Description:

A small prefab house with 16 apartments and 94% quality of life (average of 2 inhabitants per apartment, so it can contain up to 32 comrades)
Inspired by real life prefab houses in Brno, which were built in 70s.

According to my research, I believe the building is "T06B" but I’m far from being sure. So, let’s call it simply a "Cube prefab house"
