Balanced Eclipse and Solar Flare – Forked
A simple fork of the BESF mod for version 1.4.

Original description
Solar flares and Eclipses happen way too much in Rimworld, to the point where they become normalized. Let’s change them to be rarer and more impactful.
Now a simple patch operation, making it compatible with everything. Add it to a save, or remove it with no problems.
Eclipse
Base chance: 1.5 –> 0.6
Min # days to refire: 15 –> 60
Possible duration: 0.75 to 1.50 days –> 0.15 to 0.80 days
Solar Flare
Base chance: 1.3 –> 0.4
Min # days to refire: 15 –> 240
