ÖBB passenger coach UIC-X
From 1961 the Austrian Federal Railways 17 procured 1./2. Class carriages and 43 2nd class carriages according to the UIC standard type X. The carriages had a length of 26.4m, folding doors, bellows transitions and were used in (inter) national passenger trains.After delivery of the Eurofima UIC Type Z (1) wagons, the wagons were gradually pushed back in local public transport.
