Society is collapsing from the Dollar Flu. An organization by the name of "SHD" (Strategic Homeland Division) or "Division" has been activated by the signature of Directive 51 by the United States president, and you have been selected to be the leader of this organization. The organization is sustained by sleeper agents all around the globe.
Your soldiers also make part of that organization and have been activated and equipped with their latest technology, "ISAC" (Intelligent System Analytics Computer). It is a wrist watch capable of consolidating information from an array of sources and delivers it to them in the field, its system can be seen as their virtual companion with a male computer voice which warns, helps and informs them about their current situation they are facing. And you being the leader of this organization your job is to protect and save what remains while fighting a deadly faction who wants to take advantage of the current situation to control the world.
