Vanilla Tribal Start – No Research Penalty
Tribal start without the research penalty of "neolithic tech level". Starts out as Industrial tech level (same as crashlanded scenario research speed).
Go to start a "Lost Tribe" scenario as normal but enable the scenario editor. Enable edit mode and change "Player Faction" to "New Tribal"
