Kintetsu 7000 series
The Kintetsu 7000 series (近鉄7000系) is an EMU train type operated by Kintetsu Railway since 1986. This vehicle was manufactured for the opening of the Higashi-Osaka Line (Keihanna Line), and in order to run on the Osaka Metro Chuo Line, the current collection method is a 750 V DC third rail system. It was the first rolling stock of a major private railway to adopt the third rail system. Its nickname is Super Electronic Commuter.
