Camera mod allowing rotation 45(any) degree angle without white screen bug.

All other camera rotation mods suffer white screen bug. (so disable them)

Community Highlander allows to set any camera rotation angle without suffering white screen bug, but it requires to set value in the ini config file – that’s what this mod does.
