The Cosmic Odyssey – Bionic Enhancement
Include 34 bionic/implant from the Alance Empire, classified into 5 tiers, T0-T4.
T0 is industrial tech, Hediff is white, and require the base Alanian technology and prosthetic to make.
T1 is usually simple bionics and implants that only require bionics and some basic addition research. Hediff is Green.
T2 is more advanced/specialized military bionics, Hediff is Blue, still Spacer tech.
T3 is the experimental or highly advance technology, research will require techprints and is usually ultra, Hediff is purple.
T4 is Archotech level bionic/implant, can only be found as reward or brought from trader, very powerful.
Ideally having All DLCs, Vanilla Psycast Expanded and Elite Bionic Framework, this is how the mod was build upon. But the only hard requirement is Elite Bionic Frame work and Cosmic Odyssey Core.
Actually not having EBF won’t break the mod, but will make many bionics bit unbalanced, so if you absolutely don’t want EBF, this is playable.

The Cosmic Odyssey is a series of mods featuring The Alance Empire, a galactic empire of Elves, who call themselves Godwoken Elf. The Imperium is the major power in the region followed by two other Human interstellar civilizations.
The current ruler of The Alance Empire is God-Queen Victoria. She has been the supreme ruler ever since the Imperium left its home planet more than 3 Millenniums ago. For all of the Empire’s lifetime, her God-Queen has led her people to overcome and defeat enemy after enemy, from the unification of Atlas, her home planet, to the swarm of Insectoids; from breaking her people from gasp of Atlassian Gods to slaying against the True Gods corrupted by the Abyss.
The Alanian people never give up, they placed their faith in their God-Queen. However, concern about the consequences of having absolute power, Victoria decides to give her power back to the people. This created a system that is a mixture between monarchy and democracy. The people, the senate, the elite, and their God-Queen all have a say in deciding the Empire’s future.

Corrupta Imperialis: An alternative universe where the Overseer wasn’t able to master the power of the void, and due to the incompetence of other species, he was killed in the Final Battle. Although still triumphant, Victoria blamed all the xenos for the death of the Overseer and hence crowned herself the God-Empress of the Universe and became a Tyrant.

Terran Invictus: After their inability to defeat the abyss, the Empire found a way to "tactically retreat" into a parallel universe, they were only able to bring 5 spaceship worth of people (although they are thousands of KMs long). When they arrive in the new universe…a blue planet greeted them…Earth.

A: The faction could cause some problems, but items should work, although I recommend you to backup your save
