Description:

Anomaly balance for CE

I have tested this patch on a hard difficulty with the monolith, so please, if you have recommendations on how to improve this patch, leave them in the comments. Since the beginning, I wanted Anomaly to basically be a pay-to-lose DLC (like CE + royalty), so I decided to make a patch to try to achieve that.

Changes:
Fleshbeasts:

All fleshbeasts have been buffed with smoke immunity, pain resistance, and some degree of unnatural healing.

Fingerspike, toughspike, and trispike melee dps and penetration greatly increased; spike launch damage was nerfed, but penetration massively increased based on 5×50 caseless variants.

Bulbfreak massive HP increase, insanely fast melee damage to stun with critical hits. Added weak armor.

Dreadmeld MASSIVE buff, 10x hp(10 times more fleshbeasts too), 10x regeneration, and extremely powerful melee attack. Do not try to take Dreadmeld early; even in mid-game, it might be too strong. 

Entities:

Metalhorror: slash penetration increased to 15 mm

Sightstealer: Dps quadriplied, 5mm of melee penetration

Noctol: Armor increased to 6mm, melee damage and penetration heavily buffed

Gorehulk: HP scale doubled. Armor increased to 2 mm. Accuracy doubled. Melee damage increased but was slow to hit. Spike damage is slightly nerfed; now it attacks on three bursts and has better range to match with rifles.

Devourer: Armor increased to 20 mm to match with centipedes. Massive digestion damage buff. Increased damage taken while engulfed. Bite increased to 50 damage with a 60mm pen

Chimera: The HP pool doubled. 2mm armor was added. Massive melee damage and penetration increase

Ghoul: 2mm armor added. Smoke immunity was added. Tripled melee DPS with a 3mm pen. 50% damage reduction as a base

Nociosphere: Armor increased to 40 mm. Fleshmelter range increased to match the inferno cannon. Heatspray range, damage, and pen increased to match the heavy charge blaster.

Fleshheart acid spitter: Damage increased to 70

Misc. changes:
Damage of the acid spew of the ghoul’s corrosive heart increased to 70

Juggernaut serum effects doubled, but mood remained the same.

Ghoul plating now gives 7mm armor instead of damage reduction.

Dread leather sharp armor increased to 0.45

Bioferrite fuel now has an extra stage debuffing its victim to -3500 regen and a 2x damage multiplier to be able to keep up with dreadmeld.
