Note: This recreation is more similar to oni-miko-zero-r, the improved and stronger version of oni-miko-zero. While there is likely some code that could be optimised or even cut out, I did a lot of testing and as it is right now I believe I made the most powerful instant win character possible. Feel free to prove me wrong.

*Disclamer: Null Tier refer to a category of mugen cheapies that use exploits in mugen’s engine to allow memory manipulation. This can be used to manipulate values normally only modifiable by the game itself. The "alive" value being an example, which, if set to zero on the opponent, will result in the direct death of any lower tiered victim (or even equal tier if no adequate countermeasure have been included in the character). Rivals of Aether does not have a similar exploit but instead has no restriction to direct manipulation of opponents which allow for very similar result. No exploits (if any even exist) are used by this character.
