Ефрейтор (Yefreytor): Private First Class (or Lance Corporal in some contexts)
Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs):

Маршал Российской Федерации (Marshal Rossiyskoy Federatsii): Marshal of the Russian Federation (This rank is the highest and is rarely used.)
