Better Vampire Magic
- All Buffs and Debuffs are AOE when overcast. Normal Cast is single Target.
- Duration and Effect will be the same.
I want to re-balance all magic without changing core mechanics or effects.
Most Spells are adjusted to cost less and do a little bit more damage without making them OP.
Buffs and debuffs, generally regarded as waste of Winds, have a drastically increased duration,
a slight increase in range and effectiveness and lower Winds of magic cost.
I hope to bring the buffs and debuffs to a level where they are not so dramatically outshined by Damage spells.
I exactly describe every change I made below.

Numbers in front are regular cast, in brackets are overcast.
If there are no brackets, overcast is identical to normal cast
If there are only brackets it means there is no change to the Spells normal cast.
- Damage 0 -> 12 (48 -> 34)
- AP Damage (24 -> 38)
- Bound uses +3
- Cooldown 44 -> 50
- Wind-cost 15 -> 12 (20 -> 16)
- Cooldown 44 -> 38
- AP Damage 65 -> 76
- Wind-cost 7 -> 5 (14 -> 11)
- Cooldown 30 -> 25
- Wind-cost 6 -> 5 (12 -> 10)
- Slight increas in heal. +0.001
- Heals all units in range, not just 4
- Uses +2
- Cooldown 40 for all 5000 versions of raise dead…..
- Wind-cost Less, for all the diffrent summons….
- Cooldown 47 -> 38
- Duration 32 -> 66
- Wind-cost 11 -> 9
- Meele defence reduction -24
- Duration 7 -> 9
- Heal + 0.001
- Meele buff 24 -> 34
- Speed buff +20%
- Duration 29 -> 66
