GIGN model from CSCZDS. As a playermodel.

4 bodygroups for head (3 from CSCZDS, 1 from fix head #2) and 3 skins
(Bodygroup 2 in CSCZDS is funny broken (And not used in the game (Would be nice. If someone wrote about it in tcrf.net )). But I left this bodygroup (#2) and fix this bodygroup(#4))
