Combat Overhaul – Navy, Aliens, and Combat Rovers
WARING
Due to needing to use leftover promotions to give the desired effects to Aliens, this mod causes a bug where some unit icons and upgrade screens do not display correctly.

Overhauls combat with changes to Naval Units, Combat Rovers, and Aliens.
Aliens are harder to fight in their forests, and several changes are made to rebalance naval combat and better differentiate it from land battles.

Patrol Boats
Gives Patrol Boats a +100% strength bonus when attacking and lets them move after attacking.
Swaps Purity’s and H/P’s T4 Patrol Boat +20% Strength bonus under Orbital Coverage with H/S and Supremacy’s Reveal invisible units within two tiles, and vice versa.

Gunships and Subs
Lowers the (Melee) Strength of Gunboats and Subs, making them more vulnerable to melee attack and reliant on frontliners.
Swaps Purity’s T4 Sub +20% Strength bonus under Orbital Coverage with Supremacy’s +40% Strength against Submarines.

Combat Rovers
Can defaultly attack after moving, perks that grant it replaced.
T4 Harmony’s Perk B now gives -20HP to adjacent enemy units on death
T4 H/P Perk A now grants an automatic 10 healing every turn.
T4 S/H Perk B now grants +30% Strength against wounded targets.

Aliens
Aquatic Aliens including the Makara now automatically heal for 10 each turn.
Scarabs, Wolf Beetles, Manticores, and Raptor Bugs now ignore Terrain Costs and get +30% Strength in Forests.
Manticore movement buffed to 2.
Siege Worm movement buffed to 2.
Drone movement buffed to 4.
