Excises the TIP 2 Jizya fix and only the Jizya fix. With this you’ll be able to modify feudal vassals’ contracts as a muslim to have jizya status, making Jizya actually worthwhile since you’re only able to set the jizya tax decree on clan vassals in vanilla. The jizya contract, being something of a holdover from CK3 on release will work on those who simply don’t share your faith, instead of those who don’t follow your entire religious group, like the tax decree.
Doesn’t restore the old Iqta and Ghazi contract types since you’d be better off just using the tax decrees as you can only apply them to co-religionists anyway.
The tax nonbelievers tenet for custom faiths remains broken.
