Extra Turn token

Changed the hidden token "Extra Initiative" to visible, and added an interactive system to speed type tokens.

Details:
Plague Eaters: "Feeding Time" now gains Extra Initiative token instead.
Instructrice (Duelist Path): "Again!+" now gives Extra Initiative token instead.
Speed token: Converts to Extra Initiative when stacked.
Daze token: Gain -20% stun resist to evcourage stack into Stun.
