Cartman dons his Deputy outfit to whack people with his Police Baton. This move works like a jab combo, but you can use it in the air, and the first hit will reflect projectiles.
UP SPECIAL: Raccoon Uppercut
Cartman dons his Raccoon costume to Uppercut and slash anything in his way. Landing will have a spiking hitbox.
DOWN SPECIAL: Fire Fart
Cartman’s alien probe goes off, setting anything near him on fire.
ULTRA: Swearing Tirade
With the power of his V-Chip, Cartman swears to devastatingly shock opponents. (Censored cause I’m pretty sure it’s not allowed on the Smack Studio Workshop.)
