less university RNG
this simple mod makes it so that there is less rng when the game decides on education trait upgrades from university visits. now if you get level 4 studies (highest level), you are guaranteed to level up your trait, even from level 4-5. the upgrade chances for the second highest level of study have also been increased, though not to as high. generally the lower your starting level, the higher the chance of leveling up.
