Vanilla Tweaks
Vanilla Tweaks is an small pack that introduces several tweaks to vanilla features and some new mechanics that boast a "Vanilla +" feel! Compatible with most other mods!

MOD FEATURES:
This mod boasts several tweaks that either alter existing mechanics of the vanilla game, or have introduced to bring in features inspired by other rogue-likes. This includes:
–Critical Hits, which gives Isaac a small chance to deal extra damage to enemies.
–Changes to game difficulty, making Normal and Hard mode stand out more from one another.
–An optional difficulty, which makes the game even harder.
–A major item pool rework that completely changes all of the vanilla pools
–Health upgrades can now only be gained when defeating the floor boss without taking damage inthe boss room!
