Turns off Animations when they are irrelevant greatly improving turn times
Unlike Quick Turns this mod will allow you to set distinct settings for War and Peace for the Human Player, and not just for the AI. The code has also been optimized for better performance.
Best used together with Fast Animations if you are not using Core Mod.
