Akon City (City State)

Did you know Akon (singer/songwriter of "Smack That" and "Lonely,") has raised $4 billion USD to fund his project to build an African Smart City called Akon City in Senegal? I didn’t either, but the minute I found out, I knew I had to spread the word! I just couldn’t wait the 10 years for construction of Akon City to be completed: and now you don’t have to wait either!
Presenting: the City State of Akon City!
Since the real life Akon City is designed to be a smart city, its Civilization 6 counterpart will be a science type, with its ability focused on gold (due to Akon City’s prorietary cryptocurrency, Akoin, which you can actually buy today).
