Adds a bar outside of Black scratch where you can find the added character Ash The arms merchant of Black scratch along with some bar thugs. As well as a small bandit adjacent faction Tech Exiles Be careful as Ash is a formidable foe. Ash can be taken to any authorities within the Shek, United Kingdom or Holy Nation for a notable reward. I made this for anyone who wants a lore friendly option that won’t add any item variants or blueprints that are outside of the base game.
