Introduces Rudradaman I, Mahakshatrapa of Western Satraps, as an alternative leader for India
and Scythia.
The Western Satarps were one of the kingdoms of the Scythians in India. It was described as a rich source of agricultural produce in the Roman-Greek first century AD Eritrean Sea Weekly Voyages. Rudradaman I was the greatest ruler of the Western Satarps, under whose leadership the Indo-Scythians defeated the Śātavāhana Dynasty and reached the height of their power.
