No Recruitment Costs or Unit Upkeep for the player only
Simple mod for people who want easy mode it simply removes the unit upkeep and recruitment costs for the player.
The AI will still have to pay both.
Should work with any mod that doesn’t change the campaign difficulty handicap.
If you use it with a mod that does change that table then it won’t crash the game or anything it just won’t take effect.
