Remove MORE Paddings and Plates

All credit for the idea and original mod goes to Acredo. I had reached out to Acredo to see if they’d mind me releasing an all-in-one mod for vanilla armors plus the ones added by More Armor, but have yet to hear back.
Allows removal of weave padding and ceramic plates from vanilla armor + new armors added by Lucjan’s popular (and excellent) "More Armor" mod.

(note: This mod is now a required mod. I mean, you should be using this anyhow.)
I understand that at some point Lucjan may decide to incorporate these changes directly in the More Armor mod, making this mod redundant- which I think is great!
By combining the armor with a standard Knife, the weave padding or ceramic plates can be removed.
As of 1.1.10, helmet combos (helmet+Gas Mask / helmet+NVG) can be separated in the same way.
