Slow Date Speed
Sets the game date speed to a lower value than the default minimum of 1/4.
Use this mod to set very slow time progression within the game.
You can pick your desired date speed from the mod’s load time menu.
Additional values, ranging from 1/8 to 1/64 are available, as well as the stock choices.
The value you choose will be set when the game loads. If you use the game’s own interface to change the date speed to something other than that value, and then close the date window, the option for the customized speed will disappear.
All is not lost.
In the assets construction menu, you will find an item called "Slow Date Speed," in the miscellaneous section.
When you choose to build this item, a menu with date speed choices will appear. Select the speed you want, and then build the item, anywhere on the map.
The game’s date speed will be set to the value you selected, and the construction item will be automatically deleted.
Yeah, some day I’ll learn to program a UI window for this game, but in the mean time, this works.
