Description:

This mod adds 16 new items and one new transformation all themed around fruit!

Features:

• 14 new passive items
• 2 new active items
• 1 new transformation
• Several vanilla items count towards the transformation
• External Item Descriptions compatibility

Compatibility with multiplayer is unknown.

Watermelon: All stats up. Luck-based chance to shoot seeds that spawn creep.
Green Apple Health, range, luck up.
Blueberry: Grants one soul heart, heals one red heart. Tears and speed up.
Red Grapes: Heals 1 red heart. Damage and range up. Grants a familiar which shoots psychic tears that spawn creep.
White Grapes: Heals 1 red heart. Luck up. Grants a familiar which shoots tears that spawn creep.
Orange: Health and tears up. Shot speed down.
Papaya: Health, tears, luck up. Applies fear to enemies within a small radius.
Peach: Health, damage, luck up. Speed very slightly down.
Pear: Health, shot speed, luck up.
Pomegranate: Damage, shot speed up. Grants one soul heart. Grants a 10% chance for Treasure and Boss room items to be rerolled into either a fruit item or a Devil Deal item (fruit or Devil Deal is 50/50).
Raspberry: Health, damage, shot speed up. Luck-based chance to shoot electric raspberry tears.
Blue Raspberry: Health, damage, shot speed up. Grants one soul heart. Luck-based chance to shoot electric raspberry tears that spawn creep.
Strawberry: Health and range up. Shot speed down.
Gold Apple: Health up. Grants one soul heart and two golden hearts. Tears and luck up.
Banana: Active Item. Spawns a banana peel. Enemies slip on banana peels, moving in a random direction and taking damage when colliding with walls or rocks.
Cherry: Active Item. Heals half a red heart. For the room, receive damage up and 20/20 tears.
Fruity: Transformation Health up. Applies charm to enemies within a certain range. Isaac gets a fruity walk.

Vanilla items which contribute to Fruity: Lemon Mishap, Free Lemonade, Apple!, Jesus Juice, Fruit Cake, Fruity Plum, Plum Flute, Rotten Tomato (don’t @ me)
