Dated back to 1997, the world’s first tri-axle super low floor bus, Dennis Trident 3, was born.
This new type of bus improved the public transport service greatly by providing wheel chair accessibility even on a huge double decker.
Thousands of Tridents soon started rolling around Hong Kong on the busy streets, residential estates, motorways, tunnels and even up on the Peak.
Although all of them were retired from Hong Kong service fleet, Tridents has proven its capability. Now. let’s look back to the very last glorious days of Hong Kong.
