Replaces the Eye of Cthulhu with the Malicious Face from Ultrakill. Also replaces Servants to be Hell Orbs.
Current version: 1.1:
-cleaned up and improved the Malicious Face sprite
-cleaned up and improved the Hell Orb sprite
-added gore
-added map icons
