Extract into the ArmA 3 Directory, by default this is located in:
32-Bit – C:Program Files (x86)Steam/SteamappsCommonArmA 3
After extraction it should look like this:
SteamSteamappsCommonArmA 3@RENAME THIS FOLDER TO SOMETHING YOU CAN IDENTIFYaddons
Example: SteamSteamappsCommonArmA 3@RDS Tanksaddons
If there isn’t an "addon" folder, then place one there AND place the ".pbo" and ".bisign" files into it.
If there is a "key" folder, place it in the ROOT directory, of the ARMA 3 Folder.
Example: SteamSteamappsCommonArmA 3@RDS Tanks — Contains: 2 folders
addons — Place the ".pbo" and ".bisign" files here
key — Place the ".bikey" files here
Example: SteamSteamappsCommonArmA 3 — Contains: 1 folder
keys — And place a copy of the ".bikey" files here (if you want to host MP games)
Then Go Into Arma 3, Hit "Configure" Then select "Expansions" And Select the Mods You Want Activated!
