-New Trait: Cumbersome: Unit spends 2 more Movement Points per Hex in Tactical Combat.
-Builder:
* Added Maintenance (Heals Machine Units in Stack for 3hp per Turn)
* Added Rapid Reload
-Battering Ram:
* Moved to Tier1 (formerly T2)
* Added Cumbersome Trait
* Added Provide Cover Trait: Gives nearby allies projectile resistance
-Trebuchet:
* Moved to Tier2 (formerly T3), lowered Cost (150 Gold -> 100 Gold)
* Needs to reload after shooting
* Increased Weapon Range: Long -> Extreme

-Siege Workshop:
* Produced Builder Units can construct "Basic Siege Camp", a structure that lets the player recruit one Battering Ram per Turn.
-Masters Guild:
* Produced Builder Units can construct "Advanced Siege Camp", a structure that lets the player recruit one Trebuchet per Turn.
