More Random Pirates
This mod increases the number of bases and roaming ships (fraction and pirates) per system.
Note that due to spawn rules it can happen that there are no room to spawn all stations, but it should always spawn more then vanilla.
This mod is (of course) not compatible with other mods that edit, change or overwite the same files.
Roaming pirates ships changed from 14-16 to 30-55.
Roaming fraction ships changed from 14-16 to 18-24.
Pirate bases change to 2-3 to 8-12.
Fraction bases change to 2-3 to 3-4.
