The mod simply made Hoplites more reliable
– a number of shield defence were added to the hoplites shield
– the hit points of hoplites have been increased a level
– form phalanx will have some shield armour bonus now
The hoplites in vanilla version were vulnerable. They always die quickly when engaging the sword inf in similar cost. In this mod they will gain u more time when u need them to hold the line.
