Autonomous Government
This mod adds a new principle for power blocs: Local Autonomy. AI will not use this principle group.
Local autonomy is the opposite of the vassalization principle group, it reduces the tribute paid to overlord by subjects, but with a lower independence and the leader will get influence bonus to maintain the federation. If you don’t want to micromanage a huge empire, it’s the right choice for you. Subjects will have healthier economy and they can maintain larger armies to assist you in the war.
For players who don’t want to create a power bloc, I made a decision allow you spend authority to reduce the independence of subjects.
