General Patch

General fixes, balancing, removal of placeholders and restoration of some old mechanics:
– Restored old reloading
– Bomber Drones – No longer Snail and actually work
– Attack Drones – Improved attack range
– Goliath Heavy Fighters – removal of placeholder cost, re-balance of armament (vanilla issue: AI doesn’t use them too well)
– Goliath Web Fighters – removal of placeholder cost, added small AM Carbine
– Siege Anchor – Fixed and has description
– Repair Gun – No longer uses Grey Goo removing stutters (if continuing existing campaign you need get newly spawned repair tool for it to take effect, as old ones were saved with Goo use)
– Missiles – Re-balance PD should have easier time defending against them
– Weapons – Re-balanced, some were given more unique behavior, added missing PD flags, replaced placeholders with proper stats and heavy weapon turn rate decreased
– Talents – Re-balanced, some bonuses were baked into the weapon stats
– Survival mode – Now player gets 50 grey goo every wave making mode actually playable without relying on energy mounts and beam emitters
– Crewmen carry considerably more grey goo and are less likely to run out
– Component modules in turret mounts now work properly (At quality 4: Ballistic mounts get +50% magazine size, while Energy turrets +20% fire rate)
– Increased charge rate for heavy turrets so they can charge in time for reload
– Flak and Cluster are far more capable against missiles
this mod adheres to triple affirmative
– mod changes are relatively simple and light, they shouldn’t cause problems in game even if it’s updated.
– mod doesn’t require anything outside having mod loader installed and subscribing or adding to mod folder.
– mod is generally applicable and can be used with already existing campaign and most mods (unless ofc mod tries to do same/similar changes, even then load order should sort them out).
