Charter of Hong Kong
A look at an entirely hypothetical question of what if the British Empire gained control over the Hong Kong region of China decades early.
This mod creates a brand new state of Hong Kong, complete with new towns and cities, as well as a pre-established dominion of England – the British Charter of Hong Kong. I’ve given this nation some various buffs – but nothing too game breaking in my opinion, there to make starting up easier as a one-state nation. I initially created this mod for myself as I love doing playthroughs where I just build up one state and create a massive GDP by leaching off of a market, and decided to share this because why not. Hope yall enjoy it, I found it works nicely with the "Smaller Cities" mod and hits that itch for city building.
