Description:

Allows you to build all camp buildings, regardless of camp type. Play the stick game as legitimists! Hire scribes as freebooters! Rifle through the pockets of dead guys as scholars!
The only restrictions that remain are that you still need access to camels/elephants in order to get them, and you still can’t immediately replace your dogs/horses/etc after eating them. Does not allow you to eat your scribes to survive the lean times.

Will conflict with anything that directly changes common/domiciles/buildings/00_camp_buildings.txt, but plays fine with anything that touches anything else.
