Campaign Loyalty Difficulty Rebalanced
Patch 20 (Ancestral update+ Hotfix) compatible
Created to address the issue of campaign loyalty penalties being too high (-30) (Now still -25) on legendary. Pre-patch 20 (Ancestral Update), this value used to be (-20) which in my opinion could still be managed within most campaigns assuming all factors were positive. Post-patch 20 make it literally impossible even if all your faction traits are positive. Its also impossible to spend thousands or finite amounts of influence every turn to commit to political actions that do little to secure loyalty. Therefore, values for ALL campaign difficulties impacting loyalty have been rebalanced to the same as patch 19.
10, — easy
0, — normal
-10, — hard
-15, — very hard (Was -20 by default)
-20, — legendary (CA set it at -30, later reduced to -25)

I’m open to feedback, however please do keep in mind that various mods exist to help increase loyalty in other ways.
