30 Hero Cap + 2 Skill Points per Level AND Signature Hero Skills Compatibility Patch
A compatibility patch to make 30 Hero Cap + 2 Skill Points per Level and Signature Hero Skills play a little nicer together. By play a little nicer together, I mean give the Champion and Wizard their two extra signature skills at levels 24 and 30, and tuning the levels they get them to match with the Dragon Lord and Eldritch Sovereign.
As of now, you get tiers 1-4 in order, then get a second tier 1 (base stats increase depending on chosen affinity) and then a second tier 2 (another skill from either your initial tier 1 pick or your new tier 1 pick). Both will be altered by your tier 3 pick and morphed into it’s enhanced version, and both will be enhanced by the tier 4 selection. Notably, if you pick, say, enhance healing in tier 4, and there is no healing on your second ability at level 30… it won’t do anything for you, so you lose out on the potential buff. Keep that in mind!
I tested giving a new tier 1 and 3, but because tier 3 overwrites your skill choice from Tier 2 depnding on what you pick, what ends up happening is you lose your initial skill upgrade and get a different one depending on your new tier 3 choice. That felt bad, as the capstone to leveling shouldn’t be "You lose something to gain something different that now does 3 extra blight damage". I’m sure a better modder could fix that and just give you both options, but that ain’t me. I’m the duct tape and gorilla glue kind.

This one took about an hour as there was a lot of modding specifics I never learned when updating the original, and another hour of testing to determine what to give at levels 24 and 30. Props to the real mod makers out there like Jacks and MusicManiac for learning this system and making cool, free content for everyone.
