States and Regions Expanded

A mod with the goal of adding more states, state traits and strategic regions, improving the existing ones and fixing inaccurate borders, settlement positions, roads and railroads between settlements and naval routes along the way, while still retaining the base balance of vanilla Vicky 3 (resources and pops). For now the mod is only available in English language but I plan to translate it to other languages once finished. Any feedback is more than welcome.
