State Religion Fix
The Byzantine Empire should no longer immediately cave to the demands of a single Muslim Greek county and change the state religion of the entire Empire.
For whatever reason a great deal of restrictions exist for whether or not AI Emperor’s are willing to convert their own religion but no such restrictions exist for state religion. Now converting state religion has the same restrictions. 30% of the Empire’s counties must be the religion in question for the option to even appear, and whether or not the Emperor accepts depends on their personality, fervor of the current state religion and populist religion, etc.
