Quirk Expansion Pack Lite
This is an unofficial patch to Marvin Seo’s Quirk Pack. It reduces the amount of quirks from 200 to 86. This will result in acquired quirks being more relevant to your heroes. It will also be a bit easier to find quirks you’d like to lock in. No diseases were removed.
I really like Marvin Seo’s quirk pack and have been using it for years. It adds more variety to the quirk pool with quirks that are unique and well balanced. However, I found that many quirks were too situational. For example, there are seven quirks that will only affect your heroes while bleeding. Add to that a similar number quirks for "while blighted", "vs bleeding", "vs blighted", "while guarded", etc. I found that such a large number of situational quirks actually made the quirk system less interesting since a good chunk of them didn’t impact my characters.
I went through every quirk and removed the following:
- A few that were too similar to a vanilla quirk
- A few that were too powerful compared to vanilla quirks
- Several were too situational or too numerous (i.e. the seven "while bleeding" quirks)
Most of the unique and interesting quirks remain intact. I also made one small balance change in which I merged the two quirks that reduce the duration of bleed and blight received together into one quirk (same for the negative variant).

Load this above Marvin Seo’s Quirk Pack. You should be able to add this mid-game. If you were previously using MS’s Quirk Pack, the quirks that were removed will vanish from any heroes that possessed them previously.
