This Mod Supports HighsSeas and Moonshot.
How this Mod works:
With the Upgrade Centre you can upgrade the listed weapons to Tier 2. The Upgrade Centre has also a Tier2 Upgrade. With the Tier 2 Upgrade Centre you are able to upgrade the Tier 2 Weapons to Tier 3.

At this Moment the mod has 2 upgrades for the cannon, the 20mmcannon, the Howitzer, the firebeam and the plasmalaser.
Also the Miner and Turbine has one new Upgrade.
Important:
Currently the Tier 2 Upgrade Centre is able to upgrade all vanilla weapons and devices that actually requires the Upgrade Centre except the Runway2. This is a bug that I can not fix. Maybe I find a solution in the future but rather unlikely.
