1.2 AI Strategy Changes.

All AIs have 2 City Assault Strategies at one time, this was only Warmongers before

Max 5 Ranged Units up from 3 for strategy Simple Early Attack Force

Max 5 Ranged Units up from 3 for strategy Simple City Attack Force

Min 0 Ranged Units down from 1 for strategy City Attack Force
Max 3 Bombers Units up from 1 for strategy City Attack Force
Max 5 Ground Siege Units up from 3 for strategy City Attack Force
Min 0 All Siege Units down from 1 for strategy City Attack Force
Max 2 Other Air Units up from 0 for strategy City Attack Force

Not Wartime

Number of Units Required for Walled City Attack set to 5 down from 10
Attack Chance of success to start set to 40% chance of Victory down from 60%

Wartime

Number of Units Required for Walled City Attack set to 4 down from 6
Attack Chance of success to start set to 30% chance of Victory down from 40%

Changed back to default ( AI just created way to many units)

Converted City from -9 to -15
Declared Friend 9 to 5
Denonced Reduction Turns 10 to 20
Denonced -9 to -19
Difficulty Offset Randomnes -1 to -2

Yields (This really help with basic Unit Production, All AIs will have more units overall)

PseudoYield standing army from 1 to 1.5
PseudoYield standing army value 0.1 to 0.2
PsuedoYields Unit Combat 1 to 2
PsuedoYields Naval Combat 1 to 2
PsuedoYields Air Combat 2 to 3

Attack Values (How the AI values Targets) Less Reluctant to attack

PsuedoYield City Defenses lower from 200 to 100
PsuedoYield City Defending Units lower from 80 to 40

Default Production values (More default priority on Units)
(Note: some civilizations override these to even higher values
With the increase in standing army those civs field lots of units)

Default Yield Desire (More default priority on Research)

Science up from 10 to 15. Now higher than culture(10) but still lower than production(20)
