Description:

MAIN BRIEFING:
A confidential source has just informed us that a well-known investigative journalist has obtained sensitive information regarding classified operations conducted by our government. If any evidence of said operations are leaked, it could endanger our national security and harm our international reputation.

Your team’s primary objective is to confiscate or destroy any evidence that is currently in their possession. Time is of the essence, and we cannot let any sensitive information leave their house unless it is in our hands.

The journalist is the owner and sole occupant of the property, although he is known to have frequent visitors. Additionally, surveillance has reported the recent arrival of an armed, private security detail; You are cleared to engage with all occupants, although it would be preferable to have the journalist be taken alive for interrogation and detainment.

The target’s house is located in a residential neighbourhood within the urban centre of the capital city, this neighbourhood is infamous for being the site of historically significant protests, riots, and other dissident activity; Locals are incredibly distrustful of the authorities and might interfere with this operation if they are alerted.

You will be quietly inserted in two unmarked vehicles and infil through the alleyway at the back of the property; We will be expecting a quick, low-key operation with minimal witnesses, so use speed and surprise to your advantage. Good luck.

===========================================

I started this map at the end of june and spent a lot of time adding detail, which is why this map is tagged as both large and x-large. This doesn’t mean that everywhere else other than the target building should be ignored, but I aimed to keep the focus on one building while forcing players to actively cover their flanks.
