Pure Cain (REPENTOGON, Character)
Adds a new character to the game, Pure Cain! (Reversed Tainted Cain)

Stats
1. starts with spirit sword, lucky foot and hallowed shield
2. 20% to lose your room reward after clearing it
3. if you have 1 or less keys you get 1-2 of them next level, same with bombs. You also get 1-2 pills. Heals 1 red heart,
if you dont have empty hearts gives 1 soul heart
4. if you have 2 or less coins you get 15 next level, if you have more you will get 7 coins.
Active
Pocket active with no charge that gives you shield when you use it. Shield reflects enemy bullets giving them your tear effects and stats and also pushes enemies, but holding it doesnt let you use your classic attack and slows you down a bit. On second use gives you your sword again instead. Has a small cooldown on using it after attacking or aiming the shield.
Birthright
All enemies have a chance to drop a random (absolutely random) pickup after dying that disappears after a few seconds if you dont pick up it fast enough
