Penalties for fighting in winter
During the EU4 time period, armies fought summer campaigns due to better weather and foraging. This mod penalizes fighting in the winter:
– Movement speed reduced 50%
– Hostile attrition increased +2% per month
– Stability cost to declare war is -2
– Supply limit modifier reduced 50%
